1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "tara666," "we," "us," "our" refers to the tara666 platform and its operating entity.
• "Platform" means the tara666 website at tara666.net, including all games, services, features, and content accessible thereon.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the tara666 Platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by a Player on the tara666 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total PHP funds held in a Player's tara666 Account at any given time, including real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or other incentives credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wager" means any bet placed by a Player on any game or event available on the tara666 Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to or use of the tara666 Platform is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.

2 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and tara666. By registering a tara666 Account, logging in to the Platform, or placing any Wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions, together with the tara666 Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

3 Eligibility

To register and maintain a tara666 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations applicable to casino-style gambling.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing the tara666 Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of tara666, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the tara666 Platform or any other gaming platform operated under the same regulatory framework.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not suffering from a gambling addiction or disorder that would make participation in online gambling harmful to your wellbeing.

4 Account Registration

To access the full features of the tara666 Platform, you must register a Player Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You agree to update your Account information promptly if any details change.

tara666 operates a strict one account per player policy. Each Player may register only one Account. Registering multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any Balances held therein.

tara666 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) checks at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or at any time tara666 deems necessary. You agree to provide any documentation requested for KYC purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tara666 Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, allow any third party to access your Account, or use another Player's Account.

tara666 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify tara666 immediately by contacting our support team.

tara666 recommends that all Players use a strong, unique password for their Account and enable any additional security features made available on the Platform. You agree that all activity conducted through your Account — whether or not authorized by you — is your responsibility unless you have notified tara666 of unauthorized access prior to such activity occurring.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the tara666 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). tara666 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• E-Wallets: GCash, PayMaya / Maya
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Card: Philippine-issued debit cards linked to supported banks

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as specified in the tara666 cashier section and may vary by payment method. tara666 reserves the right to request verification of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. tara666 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours of approval, subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

All funds deposited into your tara666 Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. tara666 reserves the right to reverse any deposit and close any Account where third-party funding is detected.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

tara666 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all tara666 bonuses:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Only one bonus may be active in a Player's Account at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• tara666 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational play only. Any Player found to be exploiting bonus offers — including through the use of multiple Accounts, coordinated play, or any other method — will have their Account suspended and all bonus-related winnings forfeited.
• Bonuses expire as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Expired bonus funds will be removed from the Player's Account without compensation.

8 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the tara666 Platform — including slots, live dealer games, table games, and sports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules published within each game or betting market. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before placing any Wager.

tara666 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all virtual games to ensure that game outcomes are random, fair, and not subject to manipulation. Live dealer games are streamed from professional studios and are subject to real-time monitoring to ensure the integrity of each game round.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, tara666 reserves the right to void the affected Wager and return the staked amount to the Player's Account. tara666 will not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

Sports betting markets are settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant governing body or sports organization. tara666 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error or where the odds were manifestly incorrect.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tara666 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of Balance:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus offers.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the tara666 Platform or its underlying software.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing tara666 staff or other Players through any communication channel.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the tara666 Platform — including but not limited to the tara666 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of tara666 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the tara666 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of tara666.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tara666 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the tara666 Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if tara666 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

tara666's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their tara666 Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The tara666 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. tara666 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or any content thereon.

12 Responsible Gaming

tara666 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this regard seriously. We believe that gambling should be a form of entertainment, not a financial strategy or a means of resolving financial difficulties.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all tara666 Players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your tara666 Account.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum amount you can lose within a specified period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the tara666 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period.

13 Suspension & Termination

tara666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if tara666 reasonably believes that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Player has provided false or misleading information.
• The Player is under 21 years of age.
• The Player's Account is being used for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purposes.
• Continued operation of the Account poses a risk to tara666, other Players, or the integrity of the Platform.
• tara666 is required to do so by a regulatory authority or court of competent jurisdiction.

Upon closure of an Account for breach of these Terms & Conditions, tara666 reserves the right to forfeit any Balance held in the Account, including both real-money funds and Bonus Funds. Where an Account is closed for reasons other than breach — such as at the Player's own request — any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements.

Players may request the closure of their tara666 Account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

14 Privacy

tara666 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering a tara666 Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

15 Amendments

tara666 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Where changes are material, tara666 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to Players via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the tara666 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the tara666 Platform and may request the closure of your Account in accordance with Section 13 above.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the tara666 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute regarding a specific game outcome, Wager settlement, or Account transaction, you must first contact tara666 customer support and allow tara666 a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter before pursuing any other remedy. tara666 will endeavour to resolve all disputes in good faith and in a timely manner.
